Absolutely fantastic service. We had 5 windows in the basement, 2 doors upstairs, and 1 bedroom window replaced.

All installs were done very cleanly. The installers respected our house, even laying out a giant mat to avoid getting our house dirty from their shoes.

The work itself was top notch, everything fits and works perfectly.

The installers themselves were very friendly and polite, and even helped our neighbour confirm our old doors would work in her house when she asked.

Booking and changing appointments is super easy and nice. You just speak to the receptionist, Yvonne, who is a lovely person. No BS robot to complicate things 🙂

Had my front door and 2 windows recently done by Northridge. I had a great experience from beginning to end. Sokol, the sales rep was friendly and provided competitive pricing. After the sale, he communicated with us about a minor changes to our door. Product was promised in 6-8 weeks, and installation was done at 6 weeks.

I was very impressed with the installers, Dan and Havie! They took care in my house with drop cloths, and frequent clean ups. They worked fast, and the quality of their work was awesome! The trim piece on my kitchen window had some complicated cuts, but it was cut perfectly, secured, caulked, and puttied. They also went above and beyond and installed a drip edge above my new door, to help keep the rain away. Not required in their install, but Dan suggested it and he did it because it made sense.

Highly recommend Northridge for your windows and doors.

Extremely happy with the entire process of shopping for a front door with screen and windows. Kevin was very helpful in the colour selection to go well with the exterior and interior of the house as well as a proper door size for a wheel chair. The installation went very smoothly and Kristian helped select the lock colour that would go well with the door. He also took the time to show in detail how the window and doors opened, closed and locked. Thank you.

Our sales person Brian was wonderful! He explained the cost and process very well. The installers were also great! They came on time and installed for a perfect fit and cleaned up after themselves. The only thing I would suggest if you are buying new windows is to take in account that if you have blinds covering those windows you want to use again, you won’t be able to as the inside dimension of the window will be smaller after installation. We have to buy new blinds for 4 windows. Overall it was a good experience.

I contracted Northridge to replace 2 entry doors that were poorly weather stripped and installed. It didn’t matter how I tried to fix them, I continued to get rain through, which then trickled to the basement. The doors are beautiful and installers were great. Excellent customer service and product is exactly as expected. Thank you.

I highly recommend Northridge. After getting 4 quotes to replace 6 windows including a bow window, I decided to go with Northridge for a couple reasons. The initial conversation with Sandy was light where I got all the info I needed and didn’t feel overwhelmed with stats and gadgets. The service was amazing – Sandy checking in and providing timely updates and being responsive when I had questions. The cost – Northridge came at par with another company until I received the full quote which included a nice discount that helped make the final decision.

At the time of installation, Daniel and Habib were incredible and I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. They were both friendly, polite, and meticulous. They went over every little detail and didn’t miss a thing. Daniel was so focused on making sure my existing shades fit back even though I knew they might not – he wasn’t giving up. They vacuumed and tidied everything before closing off the project. They had a ‘customer first’ focus, which was very much appreciated. Thank you Sandy, Daniel, and Habib for making this project a seamless experience for me.

Replacing all our windows and doors was a major home renovation project for us, with plenty of thoughts and worries about the quality of windows/doors plus installation. Working with Brian @ Northridge Windows & Doors made this exercise much easier. We obtained multiple quotes from different vendors, Brian’s honesty & transparency made us feel comfortable in choosing NWD. Brian helped us make educated decisions based on our needs/wants. Then it came time for installation, his installers were clean & professional and took care with each window and door that was installed. Unfortunately 2 windows and our main entrnace door had minor defects. Brian was quick to advise that we would recieve new replacments………..and we did. In today’s world it is harder and harder to find genuine people who care and take pride in what they do. Brian my good man you earned our respect and trust, our home is our castle, and you treated it as such. Many thanks to you and your team. Amazing from start to finish. This was our 3rd window company and we would only recommend Northridge Windows. For the same price as other companies, we got a better quality triple glazed window instead of double. Our installer Krisztian was the best. He protected the floors, asked when he had questions and cleaned up after the job was done. A great experience all around.

I recently had the patio slide door and front door replaced and I couldn’t be any happier with job and quality that I got from Northridge window company. Kevin did an amazing job from the beginning by answering all our questions and explaining everything to us in details.Everyone else was great and very knowledgeable and professional. I would highly recommend this company because they’re very professional,knowledgeable and punctual!!!!!!

First of all, I just want to say Thank you so much for this company. From Estimator (Mr, Sokol) He explained very well about brick to brick, 3 glass/glaze, showing sample for wood frames etc. And the guys who installed windows and doors, They are really professional. No complaints at all. I just wanna say thank you also for the customer service who is really nice dealing with it. I will give 10stars for this Company. Again, thank you so much for your service. Northridge Windows provided excellent service, our windows and doors look amazing plus price was reasonable. The consultation went really well too except the part where they tell you about how the Government rebate works, he missed it. The sales guy (Sokol) was nice and friendly but failed to mention anything about the rebate. When I called back after the renovation was done he claims he mentioned it first thing. If he has, then we would’ve have scheduled that first prior to the renovation. He also added that it’s his “motto” to provide that information. My husband and I are very disappointed because we were looking forward to the rebate. Yes, we could’ve done the research prior to the consultation with the sales guy but PLEASE DON’T LIE about it. My husband even asked me after the meeting how the rebate works and I said, I’ll call after. The fact that we want our windows done for better insulation and that it’s quite old plus to save money are the reasons why the government rebate program could’ve helped us. I would’ve given them a 5-star but because of this incident I’m only giving them a 4. I’ve included before and after pictures of our main door & sliding doors.
Future customers, make sure you inquire about the rebate first thing.
