Extremely happy with the entire process of shopping for a front door with screen and windows. Kevin was very helpful in the colour selection to go well with the exterior and interior of the house as well as a proper door size for a wheel chair. The installation went very smoothly and Kristian helped select the lock colour that would go well with the door. He also took the time to show in detail how the window and doors opened, closed and locked. Thank you.

Used them 2 years ago for a patio door and was impressed especially with the after sales service.
This year we wanted to replace 2 windows but their prices were so good we had a third window installed and still came under budget

Starting with Sokol who provided consultation and estimate to Christian & Gabriel who did the excellent installation the entire process was stress free.Window pricing was reasonable and service was great. I highly recommend Northridge Windows and will definitely be using them again.

Our sales person Brian was wonderful! He explained the cost and process very well. The installers were also great! They came on time and installed for a perfect fit and cleaned up after themselves. The only thing I would suggest if you are buying new windows is to take in account that if you have blinds covering those windows you want to use again, you won’t be able to as the inside dimension of the window will be smaller after installation. We have to buy new blinds for 4 windows. Overall it was a good experience.

I contracted Northridge to replace 2 entry doors that were poorly weather stripped and installed. It didn’t matter how I tried to fix them, I continued to get rain through, which then trickled to the basement. The doors are beautiful and installers were great. Excellent customer service and product is exactly as expected. Thank you.

I highly recommend Northridge. After getting 4 quotes to replace 6 windows including a bow window, I decided to go with Northridge for a couple reasons. The initial conversation with Sandy was light where I got all the info I needed and didn’t feel overwhelmed with stats and gadgets. The service was amazing – Sandy checking in and providing timely updates and being responsive when I had questions. The cost – Northridge came at par with another company until I received the full quote which included a nice discount that helped make the final decision.

At the time of installation, Daniel and Habib were incredible and I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. They were both friendly, polite, and meticulous. They went over every little detail and didn’t miss a thing. Daniel was so focused on making sure my existing shades fit back even though I knew they might not – he wasn’t giving up. They vacuumed and tidied everything before closing off the project. They had a ‘customer first’ focus, which was very much appreciated. Thank you Sandy, Daniel, and Habib for making this project a seamless experience for me.

Replacing all our windows and doors was a major home renovation project for us, with plenty of thoughts and worries about the quality of windows/doors plus installation. Working with Brian @ Northridge Windows & Doors made this exercise much easier. We obtained multiple quotes from different vendors, Brian’s honesty & transparency made us feel comfortable in choosing NWD. Brian helped us make educated decisions based on our needs/wants. Then it came time for installation, his installers were clean & professional and took care with each window and door that was installed. Unfortunately 2 windows and our main entrnace door had minor defects. Brian was quick to advise that we would recieve new replacments………..and we did. In today’s world it is harder and harder to find genuine people who care and take pride in what they do. Brian my good man you earned our respect and trust, our home is our castle, and you treated it as such. Many thanks to you and your team. Amazing from start to finish. This was our 3rd window company and we would only recommend Northridge Windows. For the same price as other companies, we got a better quality triple glazed window instead of double. Our installer Krisztian was the best. He protected the floors, asked when he had questions and cleaned up after the job was done. A great experience all around.

I recently had the patio slide door and front door replaced and I couldn’t be any happier with job and quality that I got from Northridge window company.
